NAPA 401(k) Summit 2026

Landing in Tampa, FL, partner Cortney Milner and Kelly Law had the opportunity to attend the NAPA 401(k) Summit—and it delivered on every level.

What stood out most was the shared mindset across the room: a genuine willingness to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and support one another’s success. The collaboration and camaraderie throughout the industry were both refreshing and energizing.

Key discussions focused on the future of retirement plan services, including how to better serve plan sponsors and participants, and how to thoughtfully utilize AI to enhance the client experience and our practice—while keeping the human element at the center. Just as impactful was learning from Mike Cessario, founder of Liquid Death, on brand awareness and standing out in a crowded market—a perspective we’re excited to bring into our work.
