Boys & Girls Clubs Youth of the Year 2024

Members from Veery Capital attended the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware's Youth of the Year event on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Each year, one club member is chosen as the State Youth of the Year, acting as an ambassador for the other club youth and a strong voice for all of Delaware's young youth.  This year, Kiara Flowers from the Claymont Club was recognized as Delaware's Youth of the Year winner!
 
Kiara will go on to compete for the title of Northeast Regional Youth of the Year and will receive a college scholarship from Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Congratulations Kiara and good luck! Thank you for sharing all of your achievements, inspiring journey and how the Boys & Girls Clubs has made such an impact on you and your future! We look forward to hearing your speech at the Stanley Golf outing!
